  1. I was invited into the clubhouse, apparently just because I was American.I sat with a notable owner & her friend. They filled me in on Dubai & its racing scene. Every few minutes a waitress came with an order of treats,drinks(non-alcoholic)ice cream or some such thing. I had a ball-the highlight of my trip.
